Rookie League Jamboree - 10:00 am Saturday, June 26, 2010 @ Ridge Road Recreation Center

Tip of the Month

Timing and quantity of ingested food and fluids are very important for baseball players.  Players should come to practice and games properly hydrated and fueled to prepare themselves for optimal performance.  To maintain hydration and energy levels, players must continue to consume food and fluids after warm-up (batting practice) and cool downs (postgame).

We are excited about this year's season.  Our baseball program offers our local youth an understanding of the game as well as improve their physical and social skills.  Our program provides basic instruction in a competitive environment while promoting good sportsmanship, honesty, and respect for authority.
